How secure will my personal information be after I submit them to your website?
We do not distribute any personal information to second parties. We are Paypal Verified, which guarantees that your financial information will be secure, and that you have an entire staff devoted to its protection.
How long will it take for my order to get here after I order it?
It usually takes 7-14 business days (excluding holidays).
Do you ship orders to international destinations?
Yes. We ship domestic and international, but shipping handling charges may vary according to weight and destination.
Once I order and item, can I change it or get a refund if I don’t like it?
All sales are final, so please take your time in ordering.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Once an order has been shipped we cannot accept responsibility for any damages.
What are your policies surrounding art supplies?
- Minimum of 6 cans per order. We will not ship orders of less than 6 cans.
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy paint.
- Paint cannot be shipped to military zones.
- We only ship paint to the 47 US States.
- Paint orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
